Your Responsibilities

Are you interested in technology and want to contribute to a safer environment for our home care clients? We are looking for you who want to work with us this summer!

The welfare technicians work with installing security alarms, security cameras, digital locks, etc. Some tasks may be physically demanding. There may be situations where you need to assist the Alarm Patrol with, for example, transfers.

Our clients should feel secure knowing they can receive help in emergency situations when they have difficulty managing on their own at any hour of the day. Therefore, it is important to be meticulous with installations so that our clients feel this security. Work is usually scheduled on weekdays between approximately 08:00 and 18:00. Weekend work may occur.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a technical high school education or practical vocational training in IT/telecommunications/electrical or another relevant similar education. It is also an advantage if you have experience working in healthcare.

We work to stay updated on IT systems that facilitate information and documentation. It is a requirement that you have knowledge and interest in working with various computer systems and phones as tools in your work. We consider it an asset if you have previously worked with similar tasks.

We seek someone who is engaged, responsible, team-oriented, and focused on the client.

You have the ability to make quick and well-considered decisions in difficult situations. We also value that you are a reliable person and that you work according to the home care administration's values of Trust, Respect, and Humility. Our shared values are based on the meeting and interaction between people.

For the position, it is required that you can express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. Since our operations are vehicle-based, you must have a valid B driver's license for manual transmission and experience driving a car.
